So there's this guy....and he really stole my heart! My nephew, Connor Thomas (along with his mom and dad) has helped me build my portfolio by leaps and bounds! Kinda like how he's growing. I took their maternity shots, hospital shots and every month after. This being his 4 month pics, we were hoping that he would not be sleeping like all the other shoots we have done. Boy Oh Boy was he awake. He's such a little ham!

I'm so behind on all the pictures I need to edit!! I really just need a day to sit down and finish all of them. So in honor of that today's blog will be about why I'm so behind. My baby sister is getting married....Why should that matter, you say? Well I'm kinda a one stop shop for everything bridal and event related. And she has put me to work! There has been some trying times but all in all I cannot wait to see the finished result.

As the wedding photographer, I decided to photograph her shower last weekend. Everyone did an amazing job! And Holly managed to keep her hands out of this one wedding related project. Trust me people.....that's asking a lot of her! ENJOY!

I decided to start a blog on my website for a few reasons.....
At every photo shoot I do, there are always a few pictures that stand out to me. If I put all those pics in my galleries it would take forever to get through.....So enter the Photo Blog! Now I have a place to showcase these special photos along with telling everyone the back story that goes into every shoot I do. Sometimes I will feature client's photos and sometimes I will show photos that I just happen to be there to take.
